Sue is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and currently works with clients of all ages. She has a Master of Education degree and a Master of Counselling degree and has been working with a wide variety of individuals for over thirty years in both private practice and in the education field.
Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that each client is unique and has their own history, way of viewing the world and manners of working through challenging experiences. Her goal is to help guide clients through challenging periods in their life to a place of balance and mental well-being while offering education and understanding in a non judgemental manner in a way that is meaningful for them. Sue's goal is to personalize their counselling experience, recognizing that making the decision to attend counselling is not an easy one.

Sue offers traditional office appointments but also specializes in Animal Assisted Psychotherapy, offering clients the option of incorporating animals into their sessions. Her wide range of co-therapists include mini mules, guinea pigs, dogs, horses and lambs who she regularly collaborates with.
If clients wish, Sue utilizes the practice of Ecotherapy, infusing nature and movement in sessions through walk and talk therapy or mindful movement.
